I received my package. The box looked as though it had been in a very bad storm. I called to complain. And all I got was: we let our shipper know. Not good enough for me. So I returned the items.

I don’t get WHY I am unable to order a suit with smaller pants. An eleven inch drop is not possible for alterations. I wear a 52 long suit coat and 36 inch waist. I like your products but you can’t fit me. 🤦♂️👎

In cases like this, custom suits are often the best solution. Alternatively, you may explore more budget-friendly options and have them tailored for a better fit.
