I received my package. The box looked as though it had been in a very bad storm. I called to complain. And all I got was: we let our shipper know. Not good enough for me. So I returned the items.

I don’t get WHY I am unable to order a suit with smaller pants. An eleven inch drop is not possible for alterations. I wear a 52 long suit coat and 36 inch waist. I like your products but you can’t fit me. 🤦♂️👎
You have a unique body shape, and with an 11-inch difference between your top and bottom measurements, finding off-the-rack options that fit perfectly can be quite challenging. In cases like this, custom suits are often the best solution. Alternatively, you may explore more budget-friendly options and have them tailored for a better fit.

Is the waistline an elastic/ adjustable or is it adjustable side tabs with buttons or a clip type?
The waistline is an elastic band on the inside of the pants. It will stretch about 2".
What fabric is used
The fabric is a Fine Poly/Rayon, that is Wrinkle Resistant.
