Please Note:
- Free standard shipping applies to the contiguous 48 United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands are excluded from this promotion.
Order Processing Times
We work hard to get your suit out the door as fast as possible:
- Express Orders: If you select an expedited air shipping method and place your order before 11:00 AM EST (Mon-Fri), your order will ship the same day. Otherwise, it will process within 1 business day.
- Standard Orders: Please allow up to 2 business days for processing before your package ships.
Express Disclaimer
- Business Days: Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday.
- UPS Ground is NOT considered an express shipping option.

Important Shipping Information
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Ensure you include any necessary Apartment, Suite, or Building numbers to prevent delivery failures.
- PO Boxes & Military: We proudly ship to PO Boxes and military addresses using USPS.
- Multiple Packages: To get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order might arrive in separate packages from our warehouses. We will provide a distinct tracking number for each shipment.
- Weather Delays: Carrier service guarantees (like UPS Air Services) do not apply to shipments delayed by weather phenomena or natural disasters beyond our control.
International Orders
We gladly ship worldwide! International delivery typically takes 3 to 6 weeks. Your exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Please note: We cannot control or prevent delays caused by your country's Customs Office, but we are always happy to assist with documentation if a delay occurs.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your order leaves our facility, we are at the mercy of the carriers (UPS or USPS). While Suits Outlets is not legally responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages, we are here to help you. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us so we can provide you with the necessary information to file a claim or track down your package with the carrier.
Refused Packages & Returns
If a package is returned to us because the carrier could not complete delivery, or if the package is refused, please get in touch with us for reshipment or a refund. Please be aware that original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund amount. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
