This wedding trend was created to protect the environment by making as little waste as possible during the ceremony. From digital invites to biodegradable confetti to reduce litter. They may also have farm-to-table catering to reduce their carbon footprint! There is no better way to begin a union than to set an example to others by showing that luxury and sustainability can coexist.

Perfectly Petite: The Magic of Intimate Celebrations 

Small, private weddings started to become a thing shortly after the pandemic. Being forced to have smaller weddings allowed everything to be more intimate. The bride and groom are more in the moment because they don't have to worry about all of those guests. And the guests can connect with the bride and groom on a deeper level because there isn't as much commotion. Not to mention, everything will be easier to coordinate and can reduce wedding costs! Think about how all the super special moments you will be able to create with your closest family and friends!

Digital Dreams: Love in the Age of Innovation

As a millennial, I believe this wedding trend may be my favorite. Tech Savvy weddings have so much to offer! For one, since everything is digital, it's so much easier to plan everything out. From digital invitations to QR code dinner menus, this trend has everything covered. Some of my favorite features that I've seen so far include a digital photo booth, that texts you your photos as soon as you're finished taking them! A digital guest book is probably the best way to keep that special night alive forever. And an interactive LED-lit dance floor. How Fun! We understand this trend may not be for everyone. But it's so popular and so fun, we couldn't miss out on mentioning it!

Other trends we noticed on the rise involve features of the ceremony, not so much the overall theme of the wedding.

• Big, Bold Flower Arrangements are becoming the hottest new trend this year. Paired with elegant wedding suits for men, those summer weddings will be so much more beautiful with fresh seasonal flowers all around you!

• Personalized Wedding Favors are also growing in popularity. Just like the classic white suit never goes out of style. Imagine how special your guests would feel when they open their wedding favors and it's completely custom-tailored to them!

• Objects as Invitations is one of the cutest new trends that’s becoming increasingly popular. While save-the-dates and invites are usually beautifully crafted stationery, some couples have their invitations made out of other objects with their wedding information on them. For example, we have seen a (plastic) martini glass inscribed with the couple's name, wedding date, and venue location. 

• Artistic Cakes are another trend that is taking over! Traditional wedding cakes are always beautiful, but many are choosing to show off their personal style with cake! Whether it has multiple tiers, fun shapes, or an insane amount of fondant flowers, your cake can quickly become a beautiful centerpiece. Just don't make it too beautiful; you may not want to cut and eat it!
