I followed the size chart.. just like my fitted caps 71/2 - 75/8 XL. THEY RUN BIG!!! I recommend buying a size smaller. Let's see if I now get charged for exchange

Fitted caps and fedoras are sized differently due to their different construction. You ordered the correct size for the fitted cap. An exchange for a differently constructed hat style will incur an exchange fee, as this is not an error on our end.
