Creativity at Scale

This is Suits Outlets' wholesale marketplace, where retailers and designers can source distinctive men’s suits, formalwear, and related products.

Suits Outlets Men's Suit Wholesale is a private marketplace, which means prospective wholesale buyers must apply and be approved to participate when applications are open.

Please note: The men's suit wholesale price is the same as the retail price. Shipping, tax, packaging, and other services may be negotiated.

Once approved, wholesale buyers can work directly with Suits Outlets to source products for their retail businesses.

Suits Outlets Wholesale Buyer Policy and Application

1. Qualifying for Suits Outlets Men's Suit Wholesale

When applications are open, prospective buyers must apply and be approved by Suits Outlets to purchase through the Suits Outlets Wholesale program. Buyers must represent retail businesses and may only purchase wholesale items for resale. Buyers must be able to provide a valid Resale Tax ID, VAT, BN, or ABN number for their business. Buyers may only sell purchased items through the business represented on their application; false representation is considered a violation of our policies.

Suits Outlets reserves the right to approve or reject any application to join Suits Outlets Wholesale and to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

2. Transactions

Placing Suits Outlets Wholesale orders outside the Suits Outlets Wholesale purchase order system is considered fee avoidance and may result in the suspension or termination of your account. All orders on Suits Outlets Wholesale must be placed through the Suits Outlets Wholesale purchase order system.

3. Buyer Terms

Buyers agree to the following terms:

• You guarantee that you represent a retail business and have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of that business.
• When issued an invoice for an order, you agree to make payment in accordance with the seller’s policies. Non-payment or late payment may result in the suspension or termination of your account and may subject you to other collection mechanisms.
• You agree to allow sellers and Suits Outlets to contact you by phone or email regarding orders you place. Not responding to inquiries from Suits Outlets within seven calendar days may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
• You acknowledge that buyers may be featured on our platform or in other Suits Outlets Wholesale promotional campaigns from time to time.

1. Copy of business identification, such as a business license, resale certificate, or business ID
2. EIN
3. Legal business name
4. Business address
5. Best phone number and email address for contact
