ORDER PROCESSING
Expedited Shipping takes up to 1 business day to process & ship out the package.
Standard shipping takes up to 2 business days to process & ship out the package.
Express orders placed before 11 am EST are shipped on the same day.
Shipping days are Monday through Friday. Holiday orders will be processed on business days. There is no weekend delivery or shipping. All weekend orders will be processed on the following Monday/business day.
RETURN & REFUSE PACKAGE
The refund process will take within 5 business days from the date your return package is delivered.
Your package might be returned to the sender if UPS/USPS cannot complete delivery or if delivery is refused. Under those circumstances, the customer may contact us for re-shipping or a refund. Please note that shipping is a non-refundable service, and we will deduct the shipping charge(s) from your refund.
YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
We ship to PO BOX and overseas locations with USPS. Customers must complete a correct U.S. shipping address with APT#, SUITE#, UNIT#, SPACE#, BUILDING#, etc., for delivering your orders.
Please be advised to place your order as early as possible for holiday shopping, weddings, prom, graduation, and other special occasions.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER
We do accept international orders. Please allow 3-6 weeks for the delivery estimate. You may see the actual shipping cost on the checkout page.

EXPRESS SHIPPING RATE
Your order will be charged a calculated rate for express shipping, depending on our policy. Your order might arrive at a different time with multiple packages from our vendors.
