Why can't I buy the correct size pants I wear a 44 long but you won't sell me 34 waist pants

Why can't I buy the correct size pants as well as jacket? Im looking for a 44 long jacket but for some reason I can't select the correct size pants because you are just going to send me 38 waist pants instead.
