Another great purchase and customer service!

I mistakenly purchased the same color suit. I was able to speak to a very nice lady by phone, she arranged the exchange and within a week I returned one and got the replacement. Effort was appreciated!!

Not satisfied with delivery

I was told that I was supposed to receive the suit on the 5th of August, it was supposed to be my wedding anniversary present from my wife on the 13th of August. After making three phone calls, I finally received the suit on the 15th of August.

We apologize for the delay in delivery of your suit. We understand the importance of receiving it on time for your special occasion. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we appreciate your patience.

We did look into your tracking again today and it's definitely a bad and rare case for USPS to take 2 weeks to deliver something from our NJ warehouse to GA. We are currently phasing out USPS with UPS and trying to provide customers with better shipping experience. We appreciate your sharing your concern! Again, thank you for choosing our Renaissance Collection and we hope to serve you better in the future.
