I planned to order one suit from S O. I received the suit and loved it immediately. I'm kind of hatrd to fit so I took it to my alteration lady to see if she could make it fit me better in the sleeves. The first thing I said to her was a question. " It didn't cost me a lot, Is it worth altering it a bit?" She looked it over and told me it would be well worth it. " This is a good suit, Mike". I Was never more satisfied with a new suit. I ordered two more, one a double breast style. They were great, except my wife didn't like the color of one of them I said OK, I'll see if I can exchange it for a black one. She thought that I should have one that color, for somber occasions. I called their customer service folks and made arrangements to swap suits. I couldn't believe the friendliness anf efficiency of service I received. Am I happy? You bet I am.
