I ordered a pork pie hat and I ordered the wrong size. I sent it back and received the right size. I am so very pleased with the quality of this hat that I ordered a black one. I love the are that was put into the protection of the hat for shipment. I ordered a hat from a different company and don't think it will ever recover from being crushed. I will buy all of my future hats from here.
