I ordered a walking suit for my husband and it was too small. I called and received a return label and the UPS keep resending the item to me instead of you. I called and, I can not remember the young lady's name, but not only did she fix the situation but she made sure that I received the item in a timely manner. She definitely went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. Please make sure that she knows how grateful I am. Her customer service was top notch.
