I wear 52 long jacket & 44 inch waist for pants. Your suits come only 52L 46 W.... anyway I can get the size I need for the suit

All jackets are preset to one specific waist size.

How would you suggest ordering if you wear varied sizes between the suit jacket vs. pants? Due to board shoulders, I require a different jacket size vs pants than traditional sizing? I see there is a separates selection but not in the suit's selection. Example, 48 jacket, but 38 waist. Thanks.
