I received my order of 2 hats. They both were unprofessionally packaged that resulted me receiving 2 hats that were bent, dented, and mangled! I've ordered many hats but never like this. You all just lost a customer. I've spent too much money with you all for this kind of treatment. I threw the hats in the garbage!

This situation could have been resolved much more easily had you contacted us right away. If you had reached out initially, we would have gladly issued a refund or replaced the hats. It's unclear why you chose to follow up multiple times only after the fact, rather than when we still had the opportunity to correct the issue.
