Shirt color was good but tail was was short could barely tuck it in my pants

Sent to the wrong address. Six year-old address. Never received the item. I bought you within that time period, and everything was sent to my Massachusetts address correctly.
As previously discussed, the shipping address used for your order was the one provided at the time of purchase. As a result, we are unable to assume responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address.
We sent multiple confirmation emails containing your order details, including the shipping address. Unfortunately, we did not receive any request to update the address prior to shipment. Since the package has already been marked as delivered, and we no longer have possession of it, we are unable to take further action on our end.
We recommend contacting your local Post Office to inquire whether the package can be retrieved or redirected.
Fits perfectly color was what I ordered but did not realize how yellow it was, looking for cream colored shirt, though this color turned out to work out
