Wrong Color

Too much red tape involved in getting the wrong color. I picked what I thought was white actually they were silver. When tried to return them, it was too much trouble so I decided to keep them even that was not what I expected.

What do shirt size 171/2 36/37 mean

I know that the 171/2 is for the neck but not sure of the other two numbers - my waist is 38 inches so not sure what size to order

Also from the time I order the shirt how many days later would I receive (live in Florida)
